Introducing Conversation Analytics with Admin AI: Helping Learning Leaders Move from Data to Decisions

Organizations today are navigating significant shifts in how work gets done. AI is reshaping jobs, skill requirements are evolving, and learning leaders are being asked to not only deliver training — they’re expected to help build the capabilities that drive business performance and deliver ROI.

Yet getting the answers for how upskilling efforts are moving the needle often requires navigating multiple dashboards, pulling reports, and manually connecting data points. The information exists, but turning it into action can take significant time and effort.

Today, we’re launching the pilot of Admin AI, a purpose-built agentic experience designed to reduce the burden of manual data analysis. It uses conversational analytics to transform an administrator’s natural language questions into immediate, trustworthy insights, empowering them to make decisions faster. This pilot is currently available to a small cohort of global customers.

A more natural way to explore learning data

Admin AI delivers clear explanations and visual insights, grounded in organizational data. Instead of searching through results, learning administrators can ask a wide range of questions such as, “What is our completion rate trend this quarter?” or “How many learners have achieved Advanced’ skill mastery in AI skills?” The response is a complete, structured answer containing a narrative, visualization, and context. This will enable deeper exploration of metrics, accelerate decision-making, and empower every team to gain the insights they need without technical expertise.

Our aim is to transform the admin experience with time-saving, actionable insights.

Admin AI’s conversational analytics is built on a foundation of standardized metrics, governed query logic, and consistent visualizations, giving learning leaders a trusted view of their data. By surfacing insights on skill development, engagement, and program effectiveness, it helps organizations move from data to decisions faster—spending less time gathering information and more time driving impact.
