A Fireside Chat on Startups with Y Combinator

Eric Migicovsky, founder of Pebble and partner at Y Combinator, will be doing a live fireside chat. He’ll answer questions about starting a company using Kickstarter and helping startups be successful. Have a question for Eric? We’ll be taking questions live in the comments.

Ella Quittner, Food52 writer and recipe developer, will be showing you how to cook a vegetable-forward and sparse pantry-friendly recipe — Pasta with Broccoli-Cheddar Sauce. Want to follow along? You’ll only need four ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 18 to 20 ounces of broccoli (2 small crowns or 2 medium ones)
- 1 ¾ ounces sharp white cheddar, grated (about ½ cup), plus more for serving
- 1 pound short-shaped pasta (like rigatoni or cavatappi)
