One Great Summer Memory

How was your summer? Instead of telling us about everything you did, we’re challenging you to focus on just one happy memory, big or small, and tell us about it in detail.

It could be something you ate, or a place you visited, a conversation with a friend or relative, a moment alone in nature or on a city street, a book you read or movie you watched or concert you saw. You don’t need to try to choose something that sums up the whole season — just go with the first thing that comes to mind.

Tell us about it in the comments, then read the related article to read some descriptions of “tastes of summer” around the United States.
